Welcome to Libriax. By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Libriax provides a digital platform for tracking reading, estimating goals, and sharing statistics. The site is operated by Libriax in London, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse Libriax, including attempts to access data belonging to other users or interfere with system integrity.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit.
Libriax may suspend or delete accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or automated scraping.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and code on Libriax are the property of Libriax unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials without permission except for personal, non-commercial use and sharing of user-generated content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Libriax is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

6. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

Libriax Premium is available as a monthly (£2.99/month) or annual (£29.99/year) subscription, processed securely via Stripe.

Free trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period.
Billing: After the 7-day trial ends, your chosen plan is charged automatically. By starting a trial you authorise this charge.
No refunds: Once the trial period has ended and a billing cycle has been charged, that payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full Premium access until then.
Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of Libriax after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
